Ingredients
- Rolled oats (70g)
- Chocolate protein powder (30g)
- Skimmed milk (625 ml)
- Blueberries (80 g)
- Peanut butter (15 g)
- Cinnamon powder (2 g)
- Honey (15 g)
Instructions
- Put oats in a bowl
- Add milk
- Heat in the microwave oven for 4 minutes (800 watts)
- Add protein powder and blend with a whisk or fork to remove bubbles
- Add cold milk if needed for consistency
- Add peanut butter
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder
- Add blueberries
- Drizzle honey
