- Reverse crunches laying on bench or decline bench OR hanging/back assisted leg raises (MUST make sure to focus on pelvic tilt of pelvis and NOT contraction through hip flexors) 4x failure 60 sec rest (max 20 reps for all 4 sets before progressing movement)
